Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care and aromatherapy products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
Product must be unopened and unused
Product must be in its original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
